After years of saying excuse me, or what did you say, I finally gave in and had a hearing test at NewSound hearing centers in Alliance,, Ohio. Andrea , Thank you for answering all my questions and verifying my hearing loss.

The audiologist has a wonderful personality and is a joy to work with. She updated my hearing aids and phone app. Great experience all around.
